Inspired by the a scene at the Fushimi Inari-taisha shrine in Kyoto, Japan. I visited Japan in 2017 and upon seeing these two beautifully dressed women posing for a photo against the backdrop of these vibrant orange Torii gates, could not help snap the scene and later paint it.
