About your Order
I have taken care to create your beautiful artwork and I want to ensure it arrives with you in pristine condition. For this reason, I have put the same amount of thought and love into my packaging as I have my artworks.
For posting, unmounted giclée prints are placed in a compostable and biodegradable sleeve. The sleeve is plastic like in appearance but is made from potato starch so that you can pop it in your food waste bin or compost heap after you have given your print a permanent home. A recycled cardboard backing is put inside the sleeve to ensure the print is supported on its travels, before it is placed in a cardboard backed envelope and sent off on its journey to you.
Prints with a mount will be wrapped in an extra layer of proetction and will have corner protectors covering each edge of the print to prevent any damage whilst in transit.
For international shipping for prints larger than A4 size, they will be rolled in recycled, acid free tissue paper and sealed in a postal tube, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Orders, A2 or larger in size will also be rolled and posted in a cardboard tube to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
All orders are posted using Royal Mail.
Once you have placed your order it will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days (excluding pre-orders, please allow 2-3 weeks)
You'll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order within the UK and Ireland. If you're a customer in Europe, please allow 10 working days and for Australia, New Zealand and North America, please allow 16 - 20 working days.
Please note there may be import charges and taxes upon receipt into the destination country, these are not included in the price of the painting or shipping, and are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order has not arrived within the above estimated time frame, please allow a further 3 working days and then drop me a message via firstname.lastname@example.org.
During busy seasons of the year, i.e. Christmas and global pandemics, unfortunately any postal delays experienced by Royal Mail are out of my control. I accept no responsibility for any orders not arriving in time for intended occasions, this is dependent on when the customer places the order and the capacity of the postal service.
I want your order to arrive as quickly as possible to you, so I will always endeavour to be as transparent as possible about postage and timings.
I hope with all my heart that you really love your artwork but if that's not the case then please contact me within 14 days of your purchase to claim a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, so that it is fit for resale. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at email@example.com. As I'm a small business, it will be your responsibility to pay postage. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
You can always contact me regarding any return queries at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
