Shipping policy

I have taken care to create your beautiful artwork and I want to ensure it arrives with you in pristine condition. For this reason, I have put the same amount of thought and love into my packaging as I have my artworks.

For posting, Giclée prints are wrapped in acid free, recycled tissue paper and placed in a compostable sleeve.The sleeve is plastic like in appearance but is made from potato starch so that you can pop it in your food waste bin or compost heap after you have given your print a permanent home.

A recycled cardboard backing is put inside the sleeve to ensure the print is supported on its travels, before it is placed in a cardboard backed envelope and sent off on its journey to you.

All orders are posted using Royal Mail. 

Once you have placed your order it will be dispatched within 2 - 3 working days. You'll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order within the UK and Ireland. If you're a customer in Europe, please allow 10 working days and for Australia, New Zealand and North America, please allow 16 working days.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please allow a further 3 working days and then drop me a message via hello@amirapaints.com.

During busy seasons of the year, i.e. Christmas and global pandemics, unfortunately any postal delays experienced by Royal Mail are out of my control.

I want your order to arrive as quickly as possible to you, so I will always endeavour to be as transparent as possible about postage and timings.
